I'm stuck!!!
I've been trying to shed some extra pounds for what seems like a long time, and I'm just stuck hovering around the same weight. "Do you exercise?" you ask. No, I don't. Therein lies the problem. I'm to the point where I don't eat many calories, and I think it is slowing my metabolism down. It appears that I have no choice but to start exercising if I really want to get rid of these stubborn 10-20 lbs. But, I really don't want to!!! Time is not an issue, now that I'm at home. All I have to do is wake up a little bit sooner in the mornings (those who know me hear the sarcasm in this statement). Honestly, I have very little motivation and am apprehensive about starting an exercise routine. I'm afraid that I will start exercising regularly for about two weeks, and then stop like I usually do. Changing one's lifestyle is not easy. Kudos to everyone who has successfully beaten bad habits!
It took me almost 5 years to get motivated after Kaylee was born so don't feel bad. It's hard when you have a little one that takes so much energy.
ReplyDeleteDo you like to ride a bike? Maybe you could get a bike and a baby seat. I bet Maggie would like to go on bike rides. I bet Roger and Brooke would ride with you too.
ReplyDeleteThanks Amy! You really keep me encouraged! :)
