I'm baaaaaaack!
I got a new laptop today from Brian! So far, so good!
So, I'm the proud mommy of TWO little girls now. I am breastfeeding Audrey, and thought maybe I could just eat whatever and the fact that I'm breastfeeding would help me to lose weight. Well, that worked for the first few weeks, but I've been stuck at the same weight since then. YUCK! So, now that I've got easy internet access within my reach, I can start tracking my calories on the Daily Plate again. I really don't see me getting much exercise, at least not enough to really do much of anything. I just don't have 20 minutes every day to do that. When I do get time to myself, I either take a nap, or do housework. It doesn't happen very often! I don't mind, though, because I am really trying to cherish this short time when my girls are little and still love to be snuggled and hugged and kissed by their mommy. They grow up too fast! I'm trying to savor all the baby snuggles I can get from Audrey. The "baby" phase goes by so fast! Spending time playing with Maggie and snuggling with Audrey is more important to me right now than trying to exercise. I do want to lose this weight, though, so I can feel good about myself! That's why I gotta start watching what I eat.
My problems with eating are that I eat when I'm bored, and I eat when I'm stressed out. I also have almost no will-power when it comes to food I shouldn't eat. If people order pizza, I will eat a couple pieces, even if I'm not hungry! The same goes for fast-food and sweets.
Well, one of my girls just woke up! Tata for now!
You just need to do some laundry...and you'll get exercise at the same time. Running up and down the steps carrying a clothes basket. Remember when we used to carry Maggie in the basket. Whew! Love you...mom
